  1. Stationary bike - used for cardio training, exercising on it improves heart and lung capacity, burns calories, and strengthens leg muscles
  2. Hexagonal dumbbells - various weights, allow for many strength exercises, including biceps curls, overhead presses, weighted squats, and deadlifts. Ideal for strengthening upper and lower body muscles
  3. Rowing machine - engages almost the entire body - leg, back, arm, and abdominal muscles. It is ideal for burning calories
